Medicinal Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, grain alcohol.
Recommended adult dose: 3 mL (45 drops) 1–3 times daily in a ½ glass of water or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
