Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard AMEX,, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices shown and charged are in Canadian Dollars.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge applicable PST and/or GST on most products. Taxes are paid according to the customers shipping address. Appropriate sales tax will be displayed on the checkout section of the site.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by telephone.
You will be notified by email or phone call if we expect to be out of stock on part of your order or in the event of a price change or discontinued products.
Shipping Within BC and Alberta
FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 CDN or more, before taxes. A flat rate of $20 will be charges for orders under $50. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For parcels mailed within British Columbia (BC) allow 2-4 days. For parcels mailed to Alberta (AB) allow 3-5 days.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Annasvitaminsplus.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing claim.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@annasvitaminsplus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
