Recommended Adult Dose:

All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by health care practitioner.
Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Cautions

When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma, or diabetes.
