No. 1 Golden Honey has been heated and filtered so that it stays liquid longer. It is not pasteurized nor ultra-filtered so, it will crystalize back eventually (normally 6 months after packing). It is dark in color and with a strong flavor.

This honey is harvested once a year (in late August) from our beehives near Falkland. It comes from alfalfa, wildflowers around the Salmon river shore, and mountains.
