Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (Leaves) (GS4 PLUS®) 400mg (standardized to contain 25% Gymnemic Acids). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Suggested Usage and Storage: Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with or before food.
