Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Ashwagandha Extract (15:1) (Withania somnifera) (Root)  400mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Usage and Storage: Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1 time daily.
