Directions of Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules at once daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Cautions and warnings: For adult use only. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking sulfonamides; if you have an autoimmune disorder; if you have diabetes; if you have a heart condition; if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication; if you are taking antidepressant medication; or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth-control pills. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). May cause irritability and insomnia; in which case, discontinue use.

Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you or your partner are attempting to conceive; if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder; or if you are taking cyclosporine.
