Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], water), potato starch, lactose, sweet whey, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), ascorbic acid.

Recommended Adult Dose:

1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Irritable bowel symptoms (adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for 1–4 weeks.
Antibiotic associated diarrhea (children older than 12 years): 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. For use through the duration of antibiotic treatment.
All uses: Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain.
