Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help alleviate infectious and inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract such as gastritis, and as a bitter to aid digestion and to increase appetite, and also as a mild laxative.

Duration of Use:
May take up to one week to produce beneficial effects.

Recommended Dose:
Adults 1-2ml 3 times per day
