Daina's Pumpkin Seed Collagen Energy Bites

Daina put her own twist on pumpkin seed energy bites and by adding collagen and hemp hearts for an extra boost! This no-bake recipe is ready in under 15 minutes (and we won’t judge if they don’t make it to the fridge: they’re that good!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed butter
  • 1 cup whole-milled flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup collagen powder
  • 1/4 hemp hearts
  • 4 tbsp water


Directions:
Mix all ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls. Lay on parchment paper on a baking sheet and store in the refrigerator or freezer, or place right into tupperware or bowl.
